Confidential Communications Declarations:

Email, Telefax and other electronic communications contain information which may be confidential and/or privileged.  Such information is legally protected from unauthorized disclosure by State and Federal Law.  The information is intended to be for the exclusive use of the planned recipient.  If you are not the intended recipient, be advised that any disclosure, copying, distribution or other use of this information is strictly prohibited.  The sender does not waive any disclosure rights or privileges.  If you have received a transmission in error, please immediately notify the sender and, without reading or saving it, permanently delete the communication and any attachments from your computer, mail system and/or network server.

IRS Circular 230 Disclosure:

To ensure compliance with requirements imposed by the United States Treasury and the IRS, we inform you that any federal tax advice contained in any communication (including attachments) is not intended or written to be used and cannot be used for the purpose of (i) avoiding tax penalties that may be imposed under the Internal Revenue Code, or (ii) promoting, marketing, or recommending to another person any transaction or matter addressed therein, unless such communication expressly states that it is to be used for such purposes.


Affiliations Disclosure:  

Rubin & Rubin is a trade name used by professional associations featured in promotional materials. Use of the trade name does not necessarily imply an affiliation between the professional associations however, on a case by case basis, one or more professional associations may participate in joint representations. All participating professional associations have a policy to disclose to clients whether they are participating on a specific case, upon request.

Attorneys named in promotional materials under the trade name may be affiliated with one or more specific professional associations.  Use of the trade name does not necessarily mean that the attorney is affiliated with all of the professional associations but rather affiliations are established on a case by case basis.  All professional associations and attorneys referenced in promotional materials have a policy of disclosing to clients the exact affiliations, upon request.

All professional associations and the attorneys are licensed in the State of Florida only, unless otherwise expressly identified.


Examples/Scenarios Practices:

The professional associations generally do not provide tax or securities advice.  Any examples or scenarios of financial results and/or outcomes are for illustrative purposes only, unless otherwise expressly identified. 

All financial and other information provided in communications are based upon unaudited or unvalidated information contained in materials provided by our clients or their representatives, unless otherwise expressly stated.  All recipients of this information are advised to consult their own professional advisors such as Certified Public Accountants or Tax Attorneys for specific status and expectations.


Privacy Declaration:

The information that you submit to Rubin & Rubin, is protected by the attorney client relationship privilege, even if you do not retain any of our attorneys to represent you.

Your privacy is important to us, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one of our highest priorities. We respect your right to keep your private information confidential and understand your desire to avoid unwanted disclosures or solicitations.  As attorneys, we and our support personnel, are held to the highest standards of confidentiality and protection of your private information.

We cannot and will not disclose any confidential information provided by you without your express authorization, unless ordered by a court of law to do so, and even then, we will explore all avenues available to do so in a way that protects you.

Except as otherwise described in this Declaration, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees of Rubin & Rubin and other legally obligated parties who must use that information to aid in your representation. Their right to further disclose and use the information is limited by our policies, applicable law, the laws governing attorneys, and nondisclosure agreements, where appropriate.  We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or premature destruction.
