Nick Whitney began his legal career at a large Jacksonville law firm specializing in real estate development and representing clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial shopping centers and other land related transactions. His experience in representing clients in commercial transactions helped to develop the necessary skill sets to handle a broad array of legal issues.
At Rubin & Rubin, Nick primarily works on developing solutions to complex Tenant In Common case challenges. Prior to earning his law degree, Nick served our country for 10 years as a U.S. Navy pilot and earned the Air Medal for combat flying during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Nick is a graduate of the University of Nebraska (BS) 2002 and Harvard Law School (JD) 2015. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is active in the Urban Land Institute.
He boasts as his proudest roles as being a dedicated husband and a father to two young children.
